Tasting Notes:
A 50/50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon with 10% of the Sauvignon Blanc having been fermented in French oak and from the previous vintage (525L of 4940L). The wine show- cases the intensity that can be derived from Elgin cool climate fruit, while finishing with a subtle creamy elegance and generous length.
