Tasting Notes:
A 50/50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon with 10% of the Sauvignon Blanc having been fermented in French oak and from the previous vintage (525L of 4940L). The wine show cases the intensity that can be derived from Elgin cool climate fruit, while finishing with a subtle creamy elegance and generous length.

Tasting Notes:
Traces of dark cherry and almond deliver typical aromas for Pinot Noir clone 55. Fleshy ripe fruit follows through, offering a mid palate of substance whilst finishing with loads of juicy Pinot flavour. Matured in French oak barrels for 16 months (20% new oak), fined with organic egg white. A medium bodied wine with elegance and finesse.

Tasting Notes:
The aromatics of tropical fruits such as white peach, touches of gooseberry and spicy nettle deliver a mouthwatering enticement to the palate. Linear minerality surrounds the fruit ensuring a rich and complexed middle palate. An excellent food pairer to creamy textures like avocado and fish pates`. The bottle age lends a hint of turpine and tames the vibrant cool climate acidity.
