Tasting Notes:
A 50/50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon with 10% of the Sauvignon Blanc having been fermented in French oak and from the previous vintage (525L of 4940L). The wine show cases the intensity that can be derived from Elgin cool climate fruit, while finishing with a subtle creamy elegance and generous length.
